Rail Cars vary in type, including freight, auto carrier, box, gondola, hopper, intermodal, specialty and Tank Cars.

a person’s observable characteristics or traits, which result from the interactions between a person’s Genes and their environment.
Spoliation
the destruction of relevant ESI, including its Metadata. Depending on the type of Spoliation that occurred (inadvertent or deliberate), a court may apply Sanctions against a party that lost the data.
Finder
someone who uses his/her connections and resources to find Investors to put money in a company. Companies should be careful if they pay any compensation to a Finder based on the success of a Financing — subject to limited exceptions, such Finders are required to be registered as Broker-Dealers with the SEC.
